Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP seeks an associate with 3-5+ years of experience in land-use and real-estate development law. Experience with assisting clients in obtaining municipal land-use approvals and experience with State and federal environmental regulations related to real-estate development including SEQRA, wetlands, stormwater, threatened and endangered species, etc.  Real estate transactional experience could be a plus. WOH has a dynamic land-use and development practice and is considered one of the premier law firms in the State is this area with over two dozen lawyers supporting the practice group. Salary: $125,000-$150,000
