WOH’s Library and Records department is seeking a Records Coordinator.

The Role:

This position is responsible for closing client files, coordinating boxes to and from our offsite storage locations, updating records databases, and assisting with document scanning into our firm’s document management system.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors the record department’s email inbox and coordinates timely responses.
• Coordinates the filing of active paper and electronic files and manages assignments to other team members.
• Maintains and organizes the on-site storage room.
• Scans documents into our document management system.
• Assist Attorneys and staff in locating missing files.

Skills Needed for Success:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and maintain confidentiality.     
• Excellent organizational skills

Required:

• High school diploma, and two years of office experience or a college degree. Prior legal or records experience preferred. Experience in a professional setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access) strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift and move multiple 40-pound boxes; ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, ability to reach, squat, kneel, bend and climb foot stools.
